Kenai Borough Mayor Mike Navarre presented at public meetings in Kenai, Seward and Homer on April 1, 5 and 6, 2017. The town hall meeting focused on the state's fiscal problems and options for a healthy long-term fiscal future, including the issues of economic development and new revenues for public services.
